Prices are plus VAT and are per month plus 1 months deposit of £99.
Phone and Remote Help (including remote access to your PC) is for the registered user of a supplied PC and for help with that PC and it's functions. There is a £99 fee where a visit to a site is requested (but waived if it is due to a hardware fault). Hardware covered by lifetime and unlimited use warranty as long as used as per manufacturer guidance. Wear & Tear excluded. Instead of a new PC (for Medium plans and above) you may substitute it for an equivalent value in our hardware list (a printer, new network switch, local network storage device, etc). PCs (or the equivalent) are replaced free of charge every 24 months. New or updated website is up to 5 pages approx A4 in size. 1 domain name free with free hosting and web hosting support.
All the above is valid as long as subscription payments are maintained. All prices are plus VAT @ 20%.
